As a stylist

I wandered around the streets of London picking up a dress here a jumper there, but the longer I spend in the country the weirder my dress sense seems to be becoming.

This month we Folk have been collaborating with amazing yoga teacher Victoria Eldon whose yoga/mediation classes take place in her beautiful hidden garden.

Vicks' classes are not about contorting yourself into some extraordinary position but more about learning how to place your foot truly on the ground, connecting with Earth, becoming still and emptying your mind, an almost impossible task. The yoga classes end with us sitting sipping tea usually a hedgerow concoction from her garden mint, nettle and chatting. One has to practically drag one self away.

So we thought why not make this a whole special yoga day. Meditation, lunch, talk all in a specially chosen location.
We will be initially running four days a year starting with Summer wild yoga. This day is fully booked but we will keep you posted on our next day and location.

In the mean time we FOLK have been busying ourselves with sourcing a collection for the Port Eliot festival, and getting pretty excited about the interesting bits and pieces we have discovered.....
